I had a fantastic stay at the Auberge Vancouver Hotel, thanks to its prime location and spacious accommodations. The room was comfortable and offered stunning views of the Vancouver Harbour, though I wished there were some more amenities in the kitchen area. Overall, the attentive staff and convenience of local dining made my experience nice, despite some minor hiccups with onsite dining options.

The suite I stayed in was really spacious and had a nice living area with a small kitchen. The bed was super comfy, making for a great night's sleep, and I loved the two televisions in the room. However, I think it would be helpful to have some kitchenware like bowls and flatware for morning snacks.
Service

Staff were super friendly and really helpful throughout my stay. From the smooth early check-in process to having my luggage delivered directly to my room, they made everything easy and pleasant.

I couldn't have asked for a better location! The Auberge is just steps from the cruise terminal and a quick walk to the waterfront, with loads of great restaurants nearby. It was easy to explore Gas Town, China Town, and even Stanley Park from there.
Dining
8.0
While there isn't an onsite restaurant, room service is available from nearby eateries. I loved that I could grab quick bites from a 24-hour bakery just down the street, but I did find the lack of breakfast options at the hotel a bit disappointing.
Facilities

The hotel has a nice health club with a pool and hot tub, which I enjoyed. I appreciated services like room service and helpful ticket assistance, though I didn't get to check out everything during my stay.

My stay at the Auberge Vancouver Hotel was fantastic, primarily due to its very nice downtown location and excellent service. The rooms were spacious and clean, though I did hear some city noise at night. Overall, I found it to be a great value for its proximity to the cruise terminal and local attractions.

I enjoyed a standard king room that, while a bit on the smaller side, was more than adequate and clean. The large bathroom with a lovely walk-in shower was particularly nice. However, the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, and I could hear quite a bit of city noise at times.
Service

The staff at the hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Every interaction, especially with Cody, was genuine and focused on ensuring I had a great experience. They even helped me with my late check-out plans and went out of their way to solve a minor issue with my key card.

While the hotel doesn't offer on-site dining, I discovered great nearby options like Breka Bakery for delicious pastries and Lions Pub for a nice meal. The breakfast selection at the hotel wasn't impressive, so I often opted to eat out.

The hotel had a good fitness center and a rooftop that provided nice views. However, the shared elevator situation with office employees could lead to longer waits during busy hours. I found this to be a small inconvenience.

I had a pleasant stay at the Auberge Vancouver Hotel, with a fantastic location close to the harbor and downtown sights. My room was spacious and well-equipped, but the breakfast options left much to be desired. While the facilities, including the gym and pool, were excellent, some services fell short, like the lack of a bar and beverage options in my room.

While the staff was professional and courteous, I found them somewhat distant. They were helpful when needed, but a warmer demeanor would elevate the experience.

The hotel is ideally located, within walking distance to shops and restaurants in Gas Town. It made exploring the area very convenient, especially since I didn't need to use a car.

Breakfast was delivered to my room but lacked variety and quality; mostly just sandwiches and a few snacks. I had to go out for a proper meal because the options were limited.

The access to the fitness club and indoor pool was excellent, providing a good workout environment. However, I wish there was a bar or coffee available in the lobby.
